MARGO Building Contractor - Mariusz Czapiewski is a company that has existed in the construction industry of the Pomeranian Region since 1991. The company offers turnkey apartments, penthouses and detached houses as well as provides construction services such as:
general construction earthwork,
reinforced concrete, insulation, bricklaying, painting, plastering, roofing and heat-insulating works,
installation, plumbing, electrical wiring, alarm and entryphone work,
finishing, tiling work, gypsum plaster mounting, etc.
MARGO Building Contractor started its business activity in Gdynia-Orłowo on świętopełka Street. As the years passed the company developed considerably and acquired a strong position on the market. Thus it moved to the self-built Senator building on 6 Chrzanowskiego Street in Gdańsk-Wrzeszcz.
MARGO Building Contractor currently employs approx. 200 people in all construction-related professions such as bricklayers, steelfixers, joiners, painters and others. The company has its own apartment sales office, customer service office, estimate office, design and project preparation office. The company builds housing estates using its own projects. A team of specialists take professional care of all our Customers. Such team includes site superintendents and Customer Service Advisors, who supervise the construction process from the purchase to the acceptance of a flat or house. Since April 2003 MARGO has had its own Concrete Prefabrication Plant in Barkoczyn, which has largely reduced construction costs.
With many years of industry experience MARGO prides itself on delivering professional construction services and in June 2004 the company was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certificate in quality management.
